When a conversion fails

Send the name of the disc, the version of MakeSBS3D from About MakeSBS3D, and the last lines of the Console (⌘.). With those three the cause is usually clear from the first reply.

License keys

A key is good for five Macs. When the sixth activation is refused, write and the count is reset. A purchase is refunded within 14 days of buying, no questions asked, and the key stops working once it is refunded.
